I would like to know if I could look at old help desk questions. There doesn't seem to be any older ones.

Publicly viewable helpdesk queries are periodically dumped, while all of the ones that you have created are always visible under "My Questions".

Which I do have some problems with: I think that helpdesk entries should be searchable so that the same questions aren't asked and answered over and over. Also that questions under "My Questions" should be deletable for user convenience, or at least dumped like the rest.

Catch my drift.

I agree with Limxzero. Put this as a "New Feature" request on the Helpdesk.

But I agree with LimXZero. I haven't had to use HelpDesk very often, but when I do, a lot of the questions seem to go unanswered.

The button I carry around doesn't necessarily make things EASIER...
