Never mind, I think I know what you mean. The game interface appears but no content shows up. This is the case for the game, not the browser being used. (Don't worry, Lite normally works on 3DS.) The Wii version had and continues to have very similar problems, and it seems recently the DS version got its taste of some of them too.

So currently there is no working version of HullBreach Online.
