Everyone should be able to answer helpdesk quesions?!

Seeing how there is so many unanswered helpdesk questions, why can't everyone be able to answer them? It's annoying when you know an answer and solution to a helpdesk question, but no one replys and it becomes inactive.
Secretary rank seems a bit useless to me, I think that everyone and anyone should be able to help others.

i think people should be able to answer questions cause if somone had a question that none of the admins new and one of the regulare gamers new and they couldnt help and that makes people leave the site and thats not good we all want people to have fun on dsipaint and not leave

1) Given how quick members abuse things to the extent of it getting removed, this would be an extremely bad idea to implement @Cppzxy

2) Questions, suggestions ect.. isn't about other things of any sort, only about this site. Having said that, I assure that every questions asked (Not putting aside that not all posts on the HD are questions) can be answered regarding this site. @ Vampire

3) The grammar for a lot of users isn't the best so I don't think like 5 letters that is meant to be a sentence will help that much.

Don't get me wrong that, it's very possible that the helpdesk is dying down, didn't visit it much after my posts weren't really addressed. Only solution to that would be to make more secretaries rather then make every user have the ability of posting responses on the HD.

The fact that everyone has different approaches to the questions, only selected people are able to answer the questions. Then, nothing at the HelpDesk would get answered! The idea of everyone being able to answer HD Questions will never happen.

1) No one can stop the abusing of features, that's why there's banning. That's the internet.
2) Most of them actually go unanswered.
3) Why the hell should the user's grammar matter, it's the help that they give that matters? (You're grammar isn't that good yourself...)
And for the last thing you said, having more secretarys wont really make a difference, most of them can't be bothered to answer questions on the help desk anyway. I feel that this website should be for everyone, and that everyone should be allowed to help each other.

1) You can stop abuse, by taking the feature away.

2-3) It would be common sense to acquire more sectaries if no questions go answered, saying otherwise would be kinda of stupid. Moreover, not every one has such perfect grammar ( I have to applaud you in putting such a sentence together) as you have, which could annoy some users if they wish to post something important and the ordinary users decides to put a terrible response to it. Not putting aside that this website has a surprisingly big community that think they "troll" a lot.
