Personally, I like puzzle solving.
I also absolutely LOVE IT when a game uses level design to teach you how to play your game rather than long, tedious walls of text.
Story and gameplay I think.. if it has a captivating story and gameplay that's not overly complicated, but not too simple or boring either the game will probably be good. Graphics do not matter. There are old gameboy games and N64 games that are awesome despite their bad graphics. Ocarina of time, pokemon, mario games, etc.
Amazing graphics aren't necessary, but they sure help. A game needs a solid storyline. Yes, that's right, it needs depth. It should avoid clichés, although some games have made it work. Balanced mechanics and good AI are imperative, nothing brings you out of it more than npc's running face first into walls. And above all, if the gameplay stinks, not even any of the above can save it.
i would get a game that's fun, has good graphics, have a good storyline, and include many different things that you can do that don't need to include the storyline.
If you p... me off then you'll be sleeping with the fishes with a bullet in your head before the sun even sets.

I personally think storyline is important. There's no point having good graphics if the story sucks. Gameplay may be entertaining but without a story, it is mindless fun. A game should be a story which involves the player (not movie style games though, they suck).
