Wait a month until they find it. It's most likely because your site isb't that popluar yet and isn't using that much resources

Yes that's because you site isn't putting on that much load on the server and or it isn't using that much database. Most shared host will cut your site off for the day or so when you go over x amount of bandwidth from personal experience
