Bulletin Boards - Thread: PHP Help?

I need help for The DSi Network Alpha v2. I want to create forums, a chat, a profile system, a friend system, and a mail system. I want all of that controlled by a simple PHP login system. But I don't know SQL or PHP at all, and believe me, I've trued? Can someone link a tutorial on how to do this or supply codes? Thanks~

Indeed. Anyways, getting back on-topic, i think that honestly, if you don't have the mindset or time to learn the code, then you really shouldn't be attempting to make a website from scratch. Note that I am NOT encouraging wapka crud.
