I just put a complaint on helpdesk.

This is what i said:
On hullbreach,when i try to look at the members,noone shows up. also there is the infamous login issue on the wii/pc version. I am wondering when you will fix it. We all have been waiting for YEARS for you to fix it. Please reply,hull.

Many bug reports have been submitted. It will take some time before this is fixed, and even then might still be temporary. The more regular players would know that access to character files has been up and down many times over the course of roughly two years.
