How do I create my own domain?

You gotta buy one. A .com one would be around $10 for a year. Go to godaddy.com or some other place to get a domain. Also may I see your site so far?

Subdomains are almost always free unless theres a trial Domains without the host name cost from 99¢ to 90$ google for wesite host pick one and the host should guide you

Or you could buy a server and host your own domain on you own server

You can't create a domain, you can buy one though.

As how other sayed you CANT make your own domain , but i have an idea , learn of making flash and in a flash games website (i reccomend newgrounds.com
I learned flash so i can make my own "website" with my own "domain"

You can't make a website fully out of flash XD You will lose a lot of traffic if you do that

You can buy a domain for example,

GoDaddy, or Chephost.
