Ears are a must-have of course, but I can't imagine there would ever be a sizable selection. Maybe 4-5 basic types. Then one could buy various earrings from the shop as earringed-ears. I cannot think of any other ear accessories except earphones. Headphones or earmuffs are more of a head accessory.

I don't expect ear additions to be on the level of, um, Mr. Potato Head. Ears and eyebrows should be the subtlest of facial features.
