Not much room for dispute here...freedom of speech and respect are already clearly promoted within the website terms, which all members have accepted. Terms that are broad and easy to understand are probably for the best.
Though I do think there is (and should be) room for discretion so admins can moderate justly as the situation bids. In other words, context is king.
Not so sure about that one. Rules like that are rarely dealt with in a consistent manner and in fact negates your previous "members can discuss whatever religion, whenever" statement.
Essentially, trying to stop criticisms from being made is - besides being a totalitarian & authoritarian system - makes things worse.
In other words, criticism is not the same as bashing, which should not be allowed.
It's my job to help the next generation, and set a good example for them. And for that I'll gladly lay down my life.
