Well this topic has come up several times. While it is true that each section on the website has its proper uses, it is also undeniable that some of them may overlap. If anyone is unclear on those uses and limitations, they may ask. Some things are only appropriately communicated through private message, while others can merit a public blog in the featured area, and yet others might best fit in a blog, a forum post, and a helpdesk post altogether. For example, troubleshooting requests directed toward HullBreach should stay on the helpdesk, and legitimate concerns or suggestions have every right to be in "This Website" on here for open discussion among users. Point of view, fact that no one is perfect, and value of diverse input, among other things, are all important. Diverging discretion is reliant on the particular problem.
Point being that the existence of grey area is a good thing; this website's objective is not to be restrictive, but to offer a friendly and creative environment where we can freely communicate and speak our minds.
It depends on the question. If the other people can discuss it then that's okay. After all that's what the BB's for. Other then that, if we allow questions then the BB will be littered with useless question threads.
