On your biography in the settings tab, type [image] URL HERE [/image] (without spaces) to put a picture into your profile. And I guess this should of been in the help desk by the way. ;D
Was briefly confused on your question at first, think I have it now. We cannot upload pictures from memory drives to this website--except if they are 3D pictures used in 3DSPaint's 3D Photo Gallery, or for HullBreach Online avatars. Anything else you want to use on your profile or elsewhere must be uploaded to an image hosting website like Tinypic or Photobucket, most of which are free. From there, it's just the url they produce for you between [image] and [/image].
