At the "Help Desk" if you need to post a question or something, why would we put it under a complaint if Hullbreach says we'll sound like a whiner? That is why at the help desk I didn't put my question under complaint.

I think the Complaint category is (as of latest Helpdesk update) intended for more "exclusive" problems such as a user harassing you, coming across something very inappropriate that was posted, or an admin abusing powers--if that is what you are unclear on. Still it is more or less a rare last resort per my opinion that such things should be resolved privately, as the Helpdesk's main niches are offering assistance with the website and settling confusion. Complaints and Bug Reports frequently get interchangeably used, thus the question composer note.
