Blog Bump Guideline Please?

I would think it varies for each. But probably, consistently, it would need to be relevant.

You like me, and I, like you, like me.

I honestly don't know. I generally accept any bump, just as long as it's well written. However, any blogs I bump myself never seem to be accepted. Perhaps it's just a matter of which blog mod you're dealing with.


The blogs section has been rather dull as of late anyway, so some bumps here and there should help.

Lapse between date of creation and current date ought to be the initial criterion: roughly three months (12 weeks ~ 12 blog menu cycles) seems to be adequate. After that hurdle, just judge as if it were any other blog. Sincerely, a non-blogmin.

Okay, I probably sound like a total n00b (especially with my earlier post) but, what's a blog bump? I don't get it...

A blog bump lets you resubmit a previously featured blog for featuring again. If it gets accepted, you won't see "new" beside the blog on the blog menu. It is mainly a way to make blog updates easier.
