http://www.w3schools.com/ is easy for me to find things and http://us.php.net/ helps when theres stuff w3schools doesnt have.

The best way to really learn how to program is to make a site with someone who knows something about this kind of stuff because they can teach you how to do stuff and you can look at their code and edit it around and see how it works
