probably computer. i dont think it matters too much anyway for the rest. people will like it and people wont. you should just make sure that you like it.
i said the rest probably doesnt matter. you should just be different in some way. if you want games, theres already plenty of games. but, theres only a few games for like the 3ds browser (which makes you different then the others, or most others). if you want a reading website, then probably do something so that people can leave comments - right after any sentence (idk, but its different). wallpapers, idk. maybe wallpapers in 3d for the 3ds.
but anyway, i think what really maters is to either be different, or have a website that there isnt really one already like it. for me, personally, im making a website thats mainly games but you can save your game data and it supports games for the 3ds browser too. and your game records is on your profile. and the main difference, is that you can get items in 1 game, and use it in another game. i dont have much content right now anyway, but its different and when things start to get going people are going to like it.
