I stopped roleplaying some time ago, mostly because I roleplayed on Sudomemo and when my dsi died...Well, I lost contact with my rp partners.That and because i never finish the ones i do on paint. c,:

On the N3DS, there's Miiverse (pretty sucky Social Media if you ask me-there's that 30 post limit). There's plenty of RPs there. They may not be the best, but whatever (gotta know people who make good RPs to get into one). If you like Pokemon...

There's RPs, competitive battling, Chatting. Pokemon.
Downside: absolutely won't work on the 3DS and the Mobile sucks
Those are just some options I know of that are really neat.
