The issues seemed to be that the cache data meant to speed up the bulletin boards were not getting updated properly. I did some script clean-ups and fixed a few code bugs, and everything seems to be working at the moment. I'll check more into it this week, after giving it a few days.

Didn't see any backend stuff pointing to caching bulletin boards when I was prowling the source code for this issue, but it's good that you found a solution nonetheless
