SSBB / Pokemon online trouble

When I try to batle a riend in pkmn, it randomly disconnects me from wi-fi. This also happens when I go on SSBB and vs specific people online too. I've already tried what support.nintendo.com said, didn't work. Error code 86420 is the problem. Any suggestions?

Try moving closer to your acsess (Spelling?) point (For example, your router) or make sure there's no people, objects, or other things between your DSi and your acsess point. That might help.

You may have to set up your router again..that works
