Magikarp and Febas are made up for by their evolutions. I'd say... Luvdisk. The only use is for getting heart scales. Also, I have some magikarp that know bounce.

Shaymin, Eevee, Bidoof, Bibarel, Arceus, and Darkrai suck. The best is probly Venasaur, then Charizard, then Magikarp. Because my Magikarp has defeated an Eevee before with tackle.
