2-d sonic games are great, why just last week i spent hours upon hours playing sonic1-sonic3 & knuckles on sonic mega collection. im just hoping sonic 4 will be as good as sonic3 & knuckles was.

Well, you should remember the hit Sonic Adventure 2 on the Dreamcast/Gamecube that was 3D, that game in my opinion was the best gamecube game I ever played. I think that 3D Sonic games have potential in them, so don't be mad when it's not 2D.
