Flipnote Help Needed

Every time I go on flipnote and try to post, it says that I need my parents’ permission. I believe this is because I tried to sign up when I was under 12 and it said I needed permission. I figured I’d just wait since my birthday was coming up soon. But when I got on, I had my own creator’s room, but I couldn’t post any flipnotes. And when I try to make a new account, it says that I need a new e-mail address. Could someone help me?
