Can't make character

I keep trying to make a character on HB (Im using DSi) and I fill everything out and then when I click create character it doesnt load and I have kept trying but it doesnt work.

It does that for me too ill try l8er 2 inform hull about it but ive already been asking him lots of questions so i dont want 2 bug him agian but i will in a few days im gona give him a break lol
