No... But I really don't think it's going to make a difference.... So many people at school drink illegally. I will never, but they do. I think it should just stay where it is though.

That doesn't make much sense. How can soldiers be functional and battle-ready if they're drunk? They can't. Soldiers must always be ready to fight at a moment's notice. And you can also consider the bad reputation that the military would get.
