pokémon : Will it prevail through time?

i'm here to ask others opinions on this. as all of us know [or should know] pokémon is a huge franchise, games, clothes, toys and CARDs!!! but will this giant empire last for generations to come? i think yes, i've seen pokémon fade in and out of popularity , but it never left. as long as gamefreak™ keeps producng games, they will survive. now please let me know your opinions!

Unless they do something different, they will lose fans. It won't die, though, because the franchise gains new fans all the time.

I'm not sure. The series might end and/or the franchise could lose its fad status, but I'm sure the older games will still be remembered fondly.

i'm guessing the whole franchise will start to go downhill by '20 or '30

There, I've fixed all the stupid things I did with the groups

The next big thing for pokémon would be character customisation and co-op gameplay.... maybe bits were you can wander off as your pokemon
