Hey im making a website (www.dsidefeat.webs.com) And i cant figure out how to put gifs on my site! I uploded the file and i did what i normally do to upload a webpage but it wont come up wen i click on it! please help

Okay i found out what my prob is but i still have a prob >.< (AHHHHGGGG!) How do I change the size of the gif?
