I`ve been wondering, I know there are many out there...but which one would you recommend to use? If you don`t know what I`m talking about, don`t post "I don`t know". Please help.

GIF files can be either animated or still pictures. GIF just means that it supports 256 colors per frame, not excluding the possibility that there only is one frame.
Catch my drift.
