Again, it refers to either DSiPaint (this website) or WiiPaint. That's what is most likely meant when you hear "SDK" around the site.

but i went there one time, downloaded the content, and it KILLED my old dsi, it couldnt even turn on 3 days later!

SDK refers to the original Nintendo DSi Browser Software Development Kit tools I ported from Wii Opera SDK to help browser game developers make software for the Nintendo DSi. When the social networking element of the website took over, I rebranded it DSiPaint due to the popularity of that app.
