when im on a dsi, i sign in w/ my account, Helen1996, but annoyingly when i've finally finished making a charachter, the next page is just blank! Is anyone else having the same problem?

This problem is pretty well known. The DSi version of HB Online isn't fixed just yet, so I suggest you try the Wii version.
