Just message Hull when that happens, and tell him the name of the Helpdesk post that was resolved without an answer..This can help in two regards:
1) Hull can personally answer your question, and he normally gives better explanations anyway..
And 2) If he starts to see a pattern of certain secretaries not doing their jobs to the best of their ability, he can ask them to work a little harder or, if the situation persists after Hull's warnings, he can even de-adminize them..And yes-'de-adminize' is a word/verb...now...lol
I like the feature also...& like Halli said, some posts can be difficult, or only Hull can answer, so they're left for him. They try there best, you can't ask for more then that: their best.

Help Desk, i was sort of thinking it could be about anything with the site, what if u have a good idea that u want to be a surprise for everyone else. and if an admin doesnt like it. just press a make public button
