Well, to answer the question seriously, this is a pretty hotly debated topic--obviously because there is no perfect or ultimate Pokemon. But in my opinion, it is Garchomp due to its powerful Dragon-type, its maxed out TBS, extreme speed, HP, and defense, and of course the Sandstorm/Swords Dance combo.
