Why does it say I'm banned on OverlorDS? does that mean banned on the main site?

No, it does not mean you're banned on the actual website. I thought so too, at first. I spent hours doing the 'beg to be unbanned' action. XD

But no, it just means that your site rep (on the game) is too low and you can't battle for a while or unless you get a refill.
