Let's think about this, using Lim's logic. Say this guy is DUI, and runs someone over. It was his decision to get drunk, his decision to get in a vehicle while intoxicated, and his decision to DUI. But it was NOT his decision to run someone over and kill them. He did not murder someone, but he did commit a crime- manslaughter. Does he deserve a second chance?
