Yes, there is a currency, just like money and yes it does fluctuate, just like money. It's mostly the bucks though... I used to sell 1 buck and get like 100 points for it, now, im barely getting 40. I just bought 2 bucks for 53 points. So obviously, the bucks aren't worth that much right now. Probablybecause everyone is trying to sell them. this will go back up once bucks stop appearing everywhere. So right now is a good time to buy bucks, but not to good to sell them.

Ah, you mean the market changes for supply and demand. I guess it does, a little bit.

I imagine the value of Savii bucks went up when they were discontinued from sale.

Right now, the only two ways are either through auctions--or directly from overlords, who can add or subtract bucks/points as they please.
