I think its very good, I can't tell if it gives you headaches though

Nintendo never said that you WILL get eye strain from playing too long but they warn that some people may have trouble viewing it. I don't see it being a big problem but Nintendo doesn't want to hear about complaints from customers so they sent out a warning.

the world is not ready for 3D without glasses. if this technology gets into the wrong hands just think of all the chaos they will create and once this happens it can not be stoped because the 3D has made us all blind

3D Slider dos prevent Headach by turning the 2D Off and I like the Idea of the 3D Turned off for good by Paralel controls. And the New fetures like AR Games, Circle pad, Camera .ect. And the games I heared Annoused (Kingdom hearts and SSFIV Im most exited) had blowed my mind. 3DS will be a Revolution on the Genoration. I can't wait!
