ok hull said that he dosnt mind me giving credits and using a similar layout but i do need my own buttons those i can make.now the only things on my site currently that run are mail,hosting(temporoary set to taplap) thats about it.theres a lot of work to be done still.i just have to tell hull when its done.i will not give the link out this time.and ill have to do some more layout editing.

It's fine that you got Hull's permission. But. There are still a host of issues (no pun intended).
One, as long as you use a similar layout, you still need to come up with your own content. Distinguishing your website clearly from DSiPaint is necessary. Most of your pages are practically the same overall code as Hull's. Without originality, your website will come off looking like a cheap rip-off of another website, and you don't want that. And even worse, it could look like (or be) a username-password phishing net for DSiPaint accounts.
Two, copyright issues. You can't just slap a copyright statement on the bottom of your page. Especially when you're using a hosting service that doesn't reserve all rights. I suggest reading up on copyrights.
Three, I'm quite sure that you cannot host websites with a rented server. Even if you plan to buy your own domain, you can't just rent it out as you please.
And there are additional problems concerning specific images and claims that are not verifiable.
So please take a look at your website with these things in mind.
seriously hull said again that i could have a similar layout therefore i still have editing to do and your right ill need to take off the copyright and the hosting morofirst is running the dedicated server he said hed help me setup the hosting.he also said that hes paying for the dedicated server therefore he can do what he wants thats not breaking the law and i might make my own layout and i know the pages are knocked off and those i gotta edit too.u know im not done yet how many times do i have to tell u guys im not even half done yet!!! and the layout might be temp.but i need to finish it anyway.duh no1 wants there site to look like a knock off not even me.but again this is my first major project.the images i have to upload my own hull all ready told me that.i do not plan to own my own domain and im not renting it.im geting it free.
Omg this has nothing to do with this but by every bb post i seen Ricky0 post arent very helpful..it seems like hes just arguing with the people..Good luck alex i think it was good to get permission from danny b4 taking a similar layout.
