Face shape isn't much different from head shape (which is offered) at this level of depth. I guess Saviis could potentially have full bodies, but it would mean more things to create, and additionally might be uncomfortably similar to Nintendo's existing Mii system.
Personally, I'm fine with just a bust. I don't see any need for profiles and blogs (and gameshows in the future) to show an entire character.
@Jakeybored Miis shouldn't be used to directly influence Saviis; Saviis are HullBreach and SavantInamorata's spin-off of Miis. And I doubt the 3DS browser will include Mii integration anyhow. Sorry to disappoint.
