To make an image comment, click the link next to the comment Post button. This will change the text field into a drawing canvas, which allows you to move the cursor to write or draw anything you want.
For the Nintendo DSi, you will have to hold the stylus down for a moment to switch to drawing mode. This is currently not compatible with multi-touch devices and Internet Explorer 8 and older. It will work in all other major browser.
