I know that something like this has been proposed in the past, but, could we have a checkbox in the question composer that would make the question only visible to Secretaries/Helpdeskmins? There are some issues that are best left not public, but there isn't really any other way to go about getting it solved quickly.
I just wanted to comment on this for any Helpdeskmins who want this feature at the current time:
If you have any issues that you think merits documentation, yet is too dangerous to be shown to the public, I can post a hidden Issue on the GitLab repo where the site code is stored.
Big add-on to this, it would be significantly beneficial for all of the admins/Hull if we could flag these posts as urgent and not urgent, like maybe a 3 tier scale: Very Urgent, Urgent, Needs Attention
Another, less important suggestion: A form of “I second this†button so I don’t feel like I have to be like “yes this on every post†(which I know I don’t have to, but it’s really nice to see other people support what would be good to add/change). Not like the blog rating system, where there’s +/-
