Whenever an old Help Desk question gets resolved, it'll often be pushed past the limits of the page, and the solution is unseen by everyone but whoever the question belonged to, or it'll be put into the existing list, but meshed in there, and it'shard to find.
It'd be great if there was a "Help Desk Feed" that shows replies for all Help Desk questions at once, making it easier for admina to keep track. Alternatively, subscribing to questions (like BB posts) would be great, and/or having the option to sort solved questions by the solve date, rather than the post date.
@GuiedGui There's no current way to keep up with replies of questions besides coming back to the page or checking if the number has gone up. This would mitigate that.
