To add on this idea, there should be some public log for major admin actions like banning or permabanning.

Perhaps color-coding log messages for importance would increase readability, sort of like server log messages.

I think this would be good, because you wouldn't have to ask an Overlord every time you want to know something. Also, bringing back the detailed admin list would be great, too.
