Alright, so in the “My Blogs” section, the one that you use to edit your blogs, there’s some kind of a glitch when you use the standard “ ” quotation marks. It adds a bunch of accented letters around were the quotations were used.

It doesn’t seem to show this anywhere else, but it can be pretty misleading when you’re editing your blogs.

I don't think this is a client-side issue. Unless it doesn't support UTF-8, the likely culprit is the server, where an incorrect encoding is used for the text.
