Help Desk Request - Blog notification jump to comment

Just a thing I noticed while digging around the source code of the blog page.

The comments have the incorrect ID for the link in the corresponding URL given in the notification.

The <a> tag's name is "comment####" while the id in the URL is "####" only, without the "comment" in the front.

Quick fix, please do wwww

Now, it should be fixed since the code is already there, but it's not deployed for some reason...?
