Some comments are better left unsaid. Language, too revealing of secrets, the whole gamut.

I feel like it should be within the Helpdeskmin's powers to remove specific comments. Of course, this would add to the existing responsibilities, so Helpdeskmins, like any other admin, should be well-vetted.
