As a Helpdeskmin, nothing despairs me more than just seeing a whole lot of things dumped in one section. If there was a way to filter or selectively show the Helpdesks so I could help fix some of them, that would be very nice.

My suggestion but I was just elaborating because as of right now when you scroll down to closed helpdesk it's listed by when the helpdesk was opened. It should be listed by when it was closed because hull might fix something 3 months later and no one would see that it got fixed besides him and the poster
