Uhm, so I found a few issues with the paint function so here they are:

1- 3DS paint does not show all the buttons and it doesn't show the colors either, so I cannot change brush size, layers, etc.

2- Does paint have an eraser? If it does then the button isn't there....

3- DSI paint does not save

4- Spriter doesn't save, the buttons are overlapping which blocks out the function completely

pretty sure there were more, I'll put them here when I renember them

(I use a 3DS if that means anything to you or could help)

Both spriter issues have been covered here.

DSi Paint seems to work on my end (PC), but I haven't tested on DSi yet. Same thing with 3DS Paint, but I'm not going to test with a DSi since it probably uses functionality that the DSi does not have.
I personally don't have a 2/3DS, so I can't go and verify/replicate these issues myself.
