Some of these may be noted in another post or reply, I'm not sure but...

• Instead of getting a notification for every added reply, only show one notification, for the first new reply since the thread was last visited

The reason being that an entire conversation happening between other members clutters notifications. This would have to work with the following suggestion in order to work well...

• Jump to last unread post in notifications

(As far as I know) the BB notifications just bring you to the last page of the thread. You have to backtrack to a previous page if the number of pages has increased.

• Show which page you are on and the total

It only makes sense, it would be formatted like "Page 14 of 16" in the center at the top and bottom of the thread, between the page buttons. Maybe this is already a feature? I'm not completely sure.

...so you're getting notifications from threads back in the day you subscribed to? And you can't do that anymore...

Hm, I feel obliged to bump this down a priority since just seems like a niche thing with a rather convoluted or clever solution.

Also, the last thing isn't implemented yet, but it shouldn't be hard to do so.
