Sometimes there will may be important information on a disabled account (such as friend codes, birthdays, or other information of worth in moderation) or notes as mentioned as a new feature in a previous ticket, I believe), and without a direct link to it, it's very difficult to reach. Going through multiple pages of the banlist to find a specific username can be tedious, and self-disabled accounts along with never-verified accounts do not appear on the list either.
The idea is to have an "Show disabled accounts" checkbox on the search page, and disabled names display as strikethrough text.
