While scrolling around, I found this blog by Fany23. It's a translation of all the current Helpdesk FAQs to Spanish.

Since there have been an influx of primarily Spanish-speaking users, I wonder if we could incorporate this into the existing Helpdesk FAQ somehow, and even with other languages.

(Note: yes, I18N. It's coming, baby!)

We had the FAQs in several languages years ago, but no other parts of the community were in additional languages, so it seemed kind of pointless — especially when so many browser translation tools exist today
