Sometimes I have wanted to give ownership of a blog to another person for safekeeping. I could just allow them to copy/paste the text of my blog and then delete mine, but this also removes any comments, votes, and features.
If this feature is implemented, this can be done smoothly while preserving other aspects of the blog.
